High School Connection

The Town of Manchester, CT  believed that the high school could serve as an agency to produce video productions using  a municipal television access as the communication path to reach its residents.  The town asked Manchester High School to be the creator of program content for Channel 16.  Manchester High School has since provided programs such as a monthly talk show with the town’s mayor, documentaries, and the monthly Silk City News.
